WEEK 11

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,

This week is a very special week, arguably one of the most exciting weeks of the year if you're a golf enthusiast like myself, it's MASTERS WEEK. For me, this week is equivalent to Christmas, I'll feel like a little kid again waking up this coming Thursday morning for the opening round of play. Aside from The Masters and all of its glory, in all honesty it will be a very difficult week for me to focus on my classwork. However, I hope that my peers can understand that this famed tournament only comes along once a year so it is very special and a high priority for me. That being said, I will try to do my very best to not get caught up too much in this beautiful distraction, but if I do falter then you know the precise reason. However, in reality I probably won't be able to watch as much live coverage as I hoped due to the fact that I'll be caddying out on the golf course the next few mornings. I am depressed to say the very least that my work schedule conflicts with viewing pleasure. On a related note, I am very proud to say that I am not gambling on The Masters this year which is quite an achievement in itself. Ever since I have been living on my own I have recognized the value of the dollar and have been more responsible by refraining from bad habits of the past. All of my buddies from back home in Vermont have been trying to make bets with me on who will win and put on the coveted Green Jacket, but I have elected to take the path less traveled and that has made all the difference.

P.S. If I were a betting man, full disclosure, I would bet the house on Rickie Fowler (biased opinion)!

Cheers!

Z
